At TRB Creation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TRB Creation account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
